All About Teeny Tiles

Teeny Tiles are 2″ × 2″ × .25″ ceramic tiles printed with your images. Teeny Tiles’ unique size makes them great for small gifts and decorations.

Each Teeny Tile comes with an adhesive magnet that you can apply to the back of the tile. Teeny Tiles make great refrigerator magnets. You can even incorporate Teeny Tiles into tilework around your house.

The back of Teeny Tiles may sometimes be a dark brown color, as opposed to the off-white pictured. Your order will generally contain one or the other, not a mix.

Beautiful Images

Since Teeny Tiles are so small, almost any image will work – images as small as 430 × 430 pixels. This means photos from your Facebook account or taken with a mobile phone will work fine. Images must be JPEG files and under 2 megabytes. If your image is greater than 2 megabytes, just resize the image with your favorite graphics application and upload the image again. Big, bold colorful images come out best.

Caring for Teeny Tiles

The image on Teeny Tiles is fused with a coating applied to the surface of the tile. The image bonds with the coating. This bonding gives the image extra durability.

The tile can take small scratches without damaging the image. Teeny Tiles are not recommended for outdoor use. The image on your Teeny Tile can fade if exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods of time. If you need to clean your Teeny Tile, use a non-abrasived cleanser and a soft cloth.
