Pricing and Method

Teeny Tile ships orders with the United States Postal Service. Orders are generally printed and shipped within 48 hours. Transit times vary depending on the destination, but most orders within the United States arrive in under a week.

Shipping costs vary by location. To see your shipping cost, add tiles to your cart, then go to the checkout screen. Enter you address and press 'next' your shipping cost will be shown here.

Sales Tax

In accordance with California Law, 9.5% sales tax will be charged on orders being shipped to an address in California.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your Teeny Tiles, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is because of a problem with the manufacturing of your Teeny Tiles.

Teeny Tile will not assume responsibility for poor print quality resulting from poor quality source images. See the Teeny Tile Details page to learn about which images print best.

Cancellation

If for some reason you need to cancel your order after placing it, contact us and let us know as soon as possible. Please include your order number and email address or phone number. Teeny Tile does not allow order cancellations once your tiles have been printed, which typically occurs within hours of placing your order. If contacted promptly, we will make every effort to cancel your order.
